Welcome! I’ll keep this brief.

I love to cook. And I love sharing my food with other people. But I hate needing to scroll 10 times on my phone to get passed a lengthy story just to reach the recipe.

So let’s change things.

I decided to create a food blog, sans the blog. This page will include recipes and pictures. An online cookbook. You don’t care about my neighbors or the weather where I live. You care about how I make Chicken Parm. So that’s what you’ll get.

If you do find yourself curious about me, I’ll look into adding a Q&A section….away from the food.

Just use this page to find some great recipes, and enjoy straight forward food 🙂

A little about the nature of this page and the way I cook. I often start with a recipe to give me an idea of what to do and end up changing it along the way. I’ll give credit to the original recipe and post my own variation.

I don’t measure seasonings. I find that I end up using way more than a recipe would call for anyway. So all of my recipes are “to taste”. If you are new to cooking and don’t have the gods of your people telling you went to stop shaking the salt, please start slow and taste often until you get to a flavor you like.
